2018 Schedule

Tuesday zen practice, 7-9pm
Weekly evening zen practice at Fulcrum House, 3 Grove Road, Redland, Bristol. BS6 6UJ.
The monthly schedule of practice is
1st Tuesday   Introduction to zen practice
2nd Tuesday  Koan enquiry
3rd Tuesday   Shikantaza. Silent sitting.
4th Tuesday   Koan enquiry
(5th Tuesday) Shikantaza. Silent sitting.

Introduction to sitting zen with BZC
First Tuesday of every month, 7-9pm.
We will introduce the form and there will be more time to ask questions about our tradition and practice. 
Newcomers are also welcome on any Tuesday evening. 

Wednesday evenings, Insight Dialogue, 7-9.30pm
We meet for Insight Dialogue in 8 - 10 week terms.

Zen weekend retreat, October 19 - 21
This is a working retreat, where we integrate working for the nuns with silent practice.

Cost £90 plus donation

Residential retreat with Zen Master Dae Gak 2018
Friday November 16 to Tuesday November 20
Residential retreat at
Eastdown in Devon.
Cost to be confirmed.

How to register:
Tuesday zen practice, please phone first if possible and arrive in time to start sitting practice at 7pm.
Registration for people new to Insight Dialogue is at the start of each term.
