Zen Meditation Practice at BZC:
On a Tuesday evening at BZC we practice sitting, chanting and walking meditation.
Meditation cushions and mats are provided. If you have a cushion or bench that you use at home, please feel free to bring it. There are plenty of ordinary chairs available. The important thing is not what you sit on, but that you are comfortable and can sit for 30 - 40 minutes with ease.
Please wear loose, comfortable, dark-coloured clothing.
If you are coming for the first time, it's helpful to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for instruction in our practice forms. We start practice at 7pm.
We also hold an introductory evening on the first Tuesday of every month.
