Zen Meditation Practice at BZC:

On a Tuesday evening at BZC we practice sitting, chanting and walking meditation.
Meditation cushions and chairs are provided. If you have a cushion or bench that you use at home, please feel free to bring it. We have provision for a variety of sitting postures, so that discomfort can be minimised.
Please wear loose, comfortable, dark-coloured clothing.
If you are coming for the first time, it's helpful to arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for instruction in our practice forms. We start practice at 7pm.
We also hold an introductory evening on the first Tuesday of every month.
